GENERAL ADVICE FOR CLAIMS
At WSC Insurance Brokers our aim is to make your claims experience as hassle free as possible. Our personal service means you will be kept informed every step of the way.
If you have reason to lodge a claim, you are required to provide the following information/documentation:
Theft/Loss claims:
- Fully completed claim form
- Police report details. If the theft/loss has occurred overseas, a copy of the police report must be provided
- Replacement quotes for the items being claimed
- Any other documentation/information to support your claim
Damage claims:
- A fully completed claim form
- Repair report
- Repair quote if the items are repairable
- Replacement quote if the items are unrepairable
Underwriters may request further information and/or appoint a claims investigator at their discretion.
The claim form and supporting documents should be forwarded to WSC Insurance Brokers by:
